Through our welfare program, a patient can book free consultations using a TeleRx health worker's ID - up to 2 times a month with the same TID.
1. Meet a health worker
TeleRx health workers in your area check your condition and give you their TeleRx ID (TID).
2. Book with the TID
Choose a doctor, pick "Welfare" when booking and enter the TID - the consultation is free.
3. Talk to the doctor
Join the video call at the booked time. The health worker can help you on the call.
