Create a free account or log in, search for a doctor by specialty, language or availability, choose a time and confirm your booking. You will join the video call from your dashboard at the booked time.
Can I make an appointment online with any doctor?
Yes. Every doctor listed on TeleRx can be booked online. Their fee, available days and time slots are shown on their profile.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Your medical records, prescriptions and chat are visible only to you and the doctors you consult. Video calls are private and are not recorded.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can cancel from your Appointments page up to 2 hours before the booked time. For anything else, call our helpline and we will help you.
How do I find a specific doctor or specialist?
Use the search on the Our Doctors page - type a name, specialty or language, or filter by department.
